Default High Attribute Points

If you have a look at the spells on guild wars wiki's, you'll see that they show you how the damage/duration/etc of certain spells change the more attribute points you have invested in them.

If you have a look at http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Meteor_Shower, you'll see they state that if you have the Elementalist Fire Magic Attribute at level 21 your meteor shower will deal 154 per second. My question is I know you can only level a skill up to level 12 by spending your attribute points, a Superior Fire Rune and with the right head piece you'll recieve 12 + 3 + 1 Fire Attribute Skill points, giving you 16 points in the attribute. How do people raise it higher, because sombody must have gotten his up to 21 by some means to put in the wiki. I am aware of the Glyph of Elemental Power but that only give a mere 2 additional points(18 in total) in the skill that you are using.

Any Ideas on how to boost your Attributes in a skill as high as 21?

You can use things like Glyph of Elemental Power for a +2 Boost, a Golden Egg for a +1 Boost, Elemental Lord for another +1 Boost and a Grail of Might for another +1 Boost.

Golden Egg : http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Golden_Egg_%28effect%29
Lunar Blessing: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Lunar_Blessing
Disciple of Fire: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Disciple_of_Fire

I guess those were used to try.

EDIT: Didn't even think of the skills above... So we could get a lvl 23 MS^^

The extra bonuses like the golden egg, +1 20% helps but wiki doesn't only say what you can do, but also what monsters can do to you. the monsters we face can have levels as high as 30. which means they are probably gonna have more attributes points then us and thus higher damage output or skills. personally I would like to know what is possible when I face a high level monster like that.

Much pain and death. Only way to find out is to go try. Or stand back and let your heros try.

Unfortunately we don't know how the enemies will have their attribute points distributed so it would not be possible to accurately document on wiki.

Monsters can get as high as 20, as can players. Current models show that 21+ can't be reached, no matter how hard players try. Monsters, I'm pretty sure, are capped at 20 in Hard Mode.

your best bet for forseeing how much damage a spell or skill can damage at a certain attribute level is the following

- Wear 60AR armor, damage to a 60AR target should be equal to 100%, anything lower will force damage above what it's supposed to, higher armor will reduce

- Dont use any +X AR vs X insignias

- Find a target your preatty much sure you can get hit by the target skill your after and take a screenshot of you getting hit (or just remember/write it down)

- Draft a spreadsheet with known information from wiki to the amount of damage you received, the newly calculated Attribute should tell you how many points the target has invested in the Attribute itself

Can be tricky but can be done.
